Chris is a Certified Residential Investment Specialist, so he can discuss with you the advantages of owning and managing investment property and even run complex cash flow analyses comparing one property to another. Chris is also an Earth Advantage S.T.A.R. certified realtor (green home certification -“Sustainability Training for Accredited Real Estate Professionals”) and can educate you on the real world advantages of green features in homes. Chris is in the top half percent of all Portland Realtors in production, and his wealth of experience and professionalism is an invaluable asset for you in the buying or selling process.

Brian Schmidt - Broker, licensed in Oregon

Brian has fifteen years experience running the operations of a homebuilding and remodeling company. Tara works with both buyers and property sellers start to finish, from initial meeting to closing table and all phases in between. She has worked in the real estate on both coasts assisting in both the buying and selling process, providing excellent client communication and professionalism. Before becoming licensed in Oregon, she attended Fordham University in New York City and worked for environmental and social justice non profits for seven years. In her spare time, Tara goes vintage furniture hunting, explores the Northwest with her two dogs, and makes a mean lasagna.
